By clicking on the “I Agree” selection below, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Digi-Lumen Technologies, LLC User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The full text of the User Agreement and Privacy Policy is available and can be reviewed at the Privacy Policy and User Agreement links located on the left hand menu on the SentryMDU Admin Server Homepage. You are encouraged to read and make a copy of these agreements.
Summary of a Few Key Points (for those not willing to read BOTH agreements)
	You and/or Your Company	Throughout this agreement we use the term “You” to mean You “as an individual”, or You as an “authorized representative” of the company you are registering on behalf of. When you accept this User Agreement, the acceptance extends to any Users of this system on your behalf and/or any Corporate or Legal Entities which may be a party to its use.
	Privacy Policy	We do not sell, give away, or knowingly allow any other company to use ANY of the information you provide to us other than for use in the validation of credit cards. You will not end up on some mailing list or spam list from the information you provide to us.
	Censorship	We are a provider of mobile technology. We provide a software platform that will allow you to take pictures/video/audio and display them on your device or other remote devices you select. We DO NOT edit or alter the content of your pictures/video/audio.
	Licenses	(a) Our License to You. Subject to your use of an applicable SentryMDU product license, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, revocable right and license, without a right to assign or sublicense, for both personal and commercial purposes. All rights that we do not expressly grant in this EULA are reserved by us. (b) Your License to Us. You grant to us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, assignable, transferrable, non-exclusive right and license to reproduce, display, transmit, modify, publish, create derivative works from and otherwise use any of Your Content.
	Absolutely NO Liability	We take specific steps to ensure the safety and security of information on our Computer systems and to operate our business in a professional and ethical manner. You must agree that Digi-Lumen Technologies, LLC and its Officers and Employees have absolutely no liability to you. In the event of a claim, Digi-Lumen Technologies, LLC will be the sole determiner of remedy. In no case shall claims of lost sales, lost revenue, or any other factors be considered. By accepting this User Agreement you agree that events such as “Acts of God”, terrorist attacks, power failures, natural disasters, equipment failure, vandalism, computer viruses, and more ... can affect the ability of Digi-Lumen Technologies to provide this service, and that you hold Digi-Lumen Technologies, LLC and its Officers and Employees to have absolutely no liability, either now or in the future.
	Absolutely NO Guarantee	We provide absolutely no guarantee about anything. We try as good as we can to provide a service that has value and that you will find beneficial ... but we don't guarantee anything. Nothing, nada, zip.
	Right of Revision	We can revise this User Agreement at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to review any changes and keep current on what it says.
